- Shipping. (5.1) Items will only be shipped to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. (5.2) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. If you are not available to accept the parcel it will be delivered to your nearest postal facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection within 5 working days. Redelivery of the order will be charged at the customer’s expense.
- Returns. Promotional products are not eligible for returns unless proven faulty.
