Shipping & Delivery
We use Australia Post and a full online tracking service is available. You’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number as soon as it becomes available from the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand currently.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
Normally, once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 3 business days to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
Uncollected items from the post office will be sent back to our warehouse by Australia Post. Contact us at info@almadelia.com.au and we can resend your order to you. However, this will incur a $10 shipping fee that is at your cost. We will not process a refund for uncollected items.
